This module is designed for working with documents within the company. This includes the functions of classification, registration, accounting and archiving. The components are implemented in such a way that they fit well with the standard functionality of the SharePoint Online document library.

Drafting documents is one of the most important activities in a company office. This module allows you to organise the production of documents according to prescribed rules, using approved templates, and to review and harmonise content at team, departmental or organisational level. The integrated electronic signing of documents allows the collection of signatures from both internal staff and external stakeholders.

In the self-service module, staff can fill in a wide range of requests, from the usual leave or travel requests to specialised ones, such as KAIZEN points or parking space reservation requests. They can also check their leave balances and other employee information here.
